I've held Superhost status the whole way since 2015. Before Sanctuary Design, I spent years as a graphic designer, a UX designer, and an executive assistant—three careers that turn out to be exactly what a rental takes to work. I design the guest experience the way a UX professional maps a journey, make the space read right the way a designer frames a shot, and run the day-to-day the way an executive assistant keeps everything moving, so nothing falls through.
